Deepak Tijori to direct exciting for Blue Berry Films
Actor-director Deepak Tijori, whose last film was turned Sunny Deol, Arjun Rampal starrer Fox (2009) to establish once again don the cap of all directors. And this time she Selarka Dennis Berry Blue Films Pvt Ltd and Mehul Simaria production house to direct a film for
Jaagadenis Selarka, which is the former CEO of Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd now have their own production house Blue Berrysensitivity that matches perfectly.
Speaking about the film, he said, "Now all I can say that this is a suspense thriller is a heroine-oriented subject and is the story of a college student. We we will be introducing a new girl in the film. Looking for a beautiful and innocent face as we will start shooting a movie star locked.Speaking about the movie lamp said, "Yes, I am directing a film for Dennis Selarka we present a new face for the female lead on the look out for. The film will go on floors in August this year. "

Delhi court rejects Seemas plea against Madhur
Madhur Bhandarkar can heave a sigh of relief as a Delhi court has rejected author Seema Seth's plea against the filmmaker. Seema had accused Bhandarkar, writer Ajay Monga and producer Ronnie Screvwala (UTV) of plagiarism saying that their 2008 film Fashion was based on her book El Dorado. The book was incidentally published 3 months before Fashion's release in October 2008.
Seth requested the court to book Bhandarkar for violation of the Copyright Act, as the idea of the story had been taken from the book without her permission. However, Additional Chief Magistrate Sanjay Sharma dismissed the plea saying there cannot be a copyright in an idea or plot, subject matter, themes or legendary facts.
The next hearing is scheduled to take place on August 8 and Seema has been asked to bring substantial evidence to validate her claims.
