Kalki Koechlin who was the showstopper for designer duo Riddhi and Siddhi at the Times Glamour style walk 2013 forgot to walk the runway with the duo when her name was announced since she was busy doing interviews with the press while the designers had to scorch the ramp minus her. This turned out to be a real bummer for the duo and according to Kalki they called her 'mentally disturbed or mentally unstable'.
Without having any evidence, the 29 year old tweeted "Not seen a more disorganized show than #glamourstyleweek2013 where the organizers called me off the ramp when I'm the showstopper! After a 4 hour wait in lehenga, jewelry make up they have the gall to call me mentally disturbed! Riddhi siddhi, dp designers, shame on you. I did not walk away from the ramp. Organizers whisked me off and took me to a press area where I was doing interviews praising the designers."
However, Riddhi and Siddhi are annoyed with Kalki for dragging them into this without checking the facts and have trashed such claims. In response to her allegations the duo posted on twitter, "We are not a part of this gossip mongering with anyone as claimed by your tweet. We were not the host, it was DP jewelers show. We hope that solves your confusion. DP jewelers has paid her for walk as it was a jewelry show. We were anyway not supposed to walk with her. Yes we wanted to talk to her personally and sort the matter but her manager Ayesha didn't connect us. She went public first without clearing the matter with us. We need an apology asap!"
While all that Kalki managed to speak after this was "apology needed once I know who is responsible for these lies. Everyone will deny it's their fault."
