Abhinav Kashyap's much awaited Ranbir Kapoor starrer Besharam will finally take off with a song sequence on December 10 in Mumbai. The song will feature Ranbir along with the film's leading lady Pallavi Sharda.
The film is also in the news as the makers have apparently managed a coup of sorts by getting both Ranbir and his dad Rishi Kapoor on board.
Readers know that about a year ago, Ronit Roy cult film remake of Basu Chatterjee had announced his plans to be fond , that your dream Rishi Kapoor, Boman Irani and Naseeruddin Shah including the likes of artists involved. Now, when the film was set to roll, Eagle Video Aditya Bhatia claimed that only his company's remake rights fond .
Speaking about the issue, Aditya said they hold the rights to remake the film. In fact they formally announced plans to film until the end of November. There is also a discussion Eagle Video Rumi Jaffrey's got to write and direct the film and actor Paresh Rawal, Annu Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor in the lead. As for the heroine, there is a discussion that can step into the shoes of Huma Qureshi Rati Agnihotri
. On the other hand, says that the remake rights Ronit fond Chatterjee and that he signed a deal with the remake. He also said his legal team is working to protect their contract.
